Welcome to the Apartment Bistr’ca.

in order to make sure all our guests are guaranteed a pleasant stay, please respect the house rules.

ARRIVAL-DEPARTURES

• Check-in is scheduled after 15:00 pm to 22 pm, by agreement, it is  possible later.

• On the day of departure our guests are asked to check-out by 10:00.

• Registration is possible only by presenting an identity document or other official document, which must show: name, surname, address, date of birth, place of birth and number of document.

TOURIST TAX

• Tourist tax is charged on the day of departure and amounts to 2.5 EUR per adult per day and 1.25 EUR for children from 7 to 18 years of age.

GENERAL RULES

• Guests receive keys upon check-in, where they are returned upon departure.

• It is not allowed to smoke in the apartments.

• Pets are not allowed.

• When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and turn off the air conditioner.

• The apartments are designed for resting and relaxing, therefore you are requested not to disturb the peace after 22:00 in order to be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

• The apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, therefore we kindly ask you to use slippers (bring them with you), or you can use apartment's slippers.

• The apartments are fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchenware, cutlery and some basic necessities for food, such as vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. There are also a dish cloth, sponge, detergent and cleaning cloths on your disposal. The apartments are equipped with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, cotton swabs, cotton pads and garbage bags.

• Please do not waste hot water nor dispose of your towel after one use – we wish to be eco-friendly.

• Tap water is drinkable.

• The apartment is equipped with dishwasher and dishwashing tablets.

• We kindly ask you to recycle your litter so we can be as environment-friendly as possible. Recycling bins can be found next to our building. (near the parking place). The green container next to our building is to be used for non-recycling waste only, for packaging please use container with a yellow lid, and for biological waste please use the brown one.

• The apartment have free wifi. Username: A111A-2.46-ext, password is APBB11ba.

• Visitors are allowed until 10 PM, by prior arrangement with the manager.

• The overnight stay of guests who are not registered and who have not paid for their stay is not allowed. In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to charge an additional night's stay.

• Please do not damage or remove inventory. It is also not desirable to change the layout of the interior. The guest is responsible for leaving the apartment in the same condition as it was received.

• In the case that any damage occurs during your stay in the apartment, please notify us immediately in person or by phone at +386 41 747 096 (Tanja).

• Use of the garden is allowed, but only at your own risk.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• During your stay in the apartments, we ask that you take care of the order and cleanliness of the apartment.

• Before leaving the apartment, please wash all the dishes behind you and put them in the cupboards.

• Only final cleaning is included in the price of your stay. If you would like your apartment to be cleaned more often, please let us know on tel. number +386 41 747 096 (Tanja). The service is charged according to the valid price list.

PERSONAL ITEMS

• Apartment Bistr'ca does not assume any responsibility for money, jewelry, securities and other items that the guest keeps in the apartment or in the car. We are not responsible for guests' personal property, but we will do everything possible to secure it and warn you against possible dangers. We recommend that you keep more valuable items in the safe located in the apartment.

• Apartment Bistr'ca is also not responsible for any damage to cars parked in the parking lot.

• Before leaving, check that you haven't forgotten anything. Found items are sent to your home only at your request.

ON CHECK-OUT

• Make sure that the dishes are washed up and stored in the drawers.

• Clear up the apartment and take the garbage out.

• When leaving your accommodation, please return the keys to the staff.

• Any damage caused by negligence or arrogance will be charged.

• Thank you for being our guest. You are welcome again at your next opportunity.
